Shipping policy

All non pre-orders are processed ASAP and shipped same day before 5pm and next day after 5pm. We ship orders through USPS and they are closed on Sundays.

*For pre-orders please allow up 14 business days for your order to process. Please note business days do not include weekends and holidays. (PLEASE KEEP THAT IN MIND WHEN BOOKING YOUR HAIR APPOINTMENT!!)

Shipping takes 2-3 business days once shipped

We recommend HIGHLY that you order your hair first and once it arrives then proceed to book your hair appointment. 

You will be contacted if there are any problems and feel free to contact us if you have any concerns. 

SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOU ORDER!!!

Asani The Hair Empire is not held liable if you miss your delivery and your order is returned back to us. You are not entitled to a refund if you missed the delivery. Please contact us to arrange your redelivery.

Asani The Hair Empire will not be responsible for any problems with your delivery as you will need to contact your local post office for any and all issues. After items have been shipped out Asani The Hair Empire is not responsible for ANY damages done to ANY orders during transit. Asani The Hair Empire will not refund or replace broken or damaged items as Asani The Hair Empire made sure before items went out that they were not damaged or broken.

Asani The Hair Empire is not responsible for any delays caused by adverse weather conditions or events out of our control. Delivery times for Standard and Expedited shipping are estimates. Asani The Hair Empire is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make certain you have a safe place for packages to be left.
